Soo it’s the usual thing

Int perfect on Friday after I withheld warfarin on instructions from the haematologist crowd wot know me on Thursday night

So in the light of this the admissions quack withheld warfarin on Friday as well as Thursday and I was given warfarin last night so my inr today was 1.7 when it should be between 3 and 4

I mentioned lmw heparin but the different baby quack said I was being retested in the morning and they would work from there
