Buying and selling houses? Try organising Christmas, with some of the kinder living in Sunderland and others in Embra. Flip.

Evening, all. How’s things? We’re buzzing around in our heads trying to effect an escape from our lovely hive. Friends have been invited for a final meal, with a promise of a cosy welcome in our new abode (plus accommodation). So much stuff to organise! Anyhoo - prawn and scallop stir-fry on egg noodles is what we’ll have.

Glad of frivolling fry-ups! I’d thoroughly enjoy F&C, but I’d hate myself afterwards.

I’ve received a pic of beelet, after a scare prompted a scan. Mind, that’s a beautiful baby! (Same as all the rest, but it’s ours.)
