A bit but it’s only day 2 of antibionics and stair rods
I am not panicking
I can get a reading on my peak flow metre so I just need to stay warm and dry
And bored due to not being able to do much
Today J will be making a pie from hen pickings and shrooms and sweetcorn
I will make to pastry
Er Ken will make the pastry really

At least I can see how well my new enamel pie dishes work this evening
Pie was rather good and I was pleased with the pastry
A crisp bottom and a golden crust are what pies should have
As well as a good well flavoured middle
Next dish is going to be a steak and ale pudding
Just cos I have asthma don’t mean I can’t make decent pastry
And I have some beef suet to make a pudding

Asda Home actually had some very useful - looking enamel roasting/baking ‘tins’ attan very reasonable price.
The carrot & coriander soup that I am making may be abit lively. I realised, when it was too late that I had added Madarse Curry Powder instead ofGaram Masala to me toasting spices…
