Added up over the years, I have spent an unreasonable amount of time removing grass seeds from the coats of less than grateful cats.

How very dare you! (I would’ve an if I could’ve)

A large bumblebee, clearly out on the lash, just bumbled into me cleavage, which was a bit startling fer both parties, but no harm done.

I have been spoilt rotten by the Bull :ox: today

I was treated to a good set of acrylic paints and some proper brushes and a nice smallish palette and a canvas bag to keep the painting set in

Thence to the big Tesco shop in stab cities as they were having a sale with even better prices if you used your club card

A pair of viscose wide leg trousers several tops
and a white tiered maxi skirt will ensure that I am decent for the summer

I am occasionally tempted by acrylic paints, Twellsy, and am therefore most envious. Not that I have the aptitude to do anything sensible with them [sobbity]

Gus dear

I am not a nartist by any stretch of imagination but I am having fun in my second childhood by playing with my paint boxes and charcoal set

I blame being kicked out of art class at skool because extra maths classes were deemed to be desirable and my artistic skills were unfindable

How many rellies does our sparrer have?

It seems to be from a rather fecund brood

{They are known to produce successful hybrids, I believe.)

We are happily ensconced in Galloway. Dinner has been fish fingers, microwave chips and sugarsnap peas (go me).

Successful at what though? (Not that I want to know. No business of mine, but “people” have been Asking Questions…)

We have a chaffinch who’s been taking lessons from the chickens. He’s taken to sitting on the kitchen windowsill and cheeping loudly (or possibly louding cheaply) until sunflower seeds are forthcoming.

The crows just tap on the window.
