Iāve made a decent enough leek/fennel/asparagus risotto and have a Lidl spinach tortilla to take to DD, tomorrow, and have the makings for insalata caprese.I also made (yay, go me) a cheesey veg bake, but couldnāt eat it on account of a āphoneā call which involved cadaver flies.

Embra was hot, for us, at 27°C, but we took Poodle for a walk and then DD and GD out shopping for clothes. A happy time was had.
