Well I just love my hairdresser and am so pleased we can afford it now after years of redundancy for the Bull meant hairdressers were an unaffordable luxury

I made cheese scones and cheese and onion muffins, this afternoon. So, Mr Bee is picking up a takeaweay as I cannot be fashed. Duck pancakes - yum!

Cheese and onion muffins? Delicious, light, fluffy, tasty savoury things wot I make in my silicone muffin tray. I am going to test them out on the Kirky people at the coffee morning, as they are cheaper and easier to make than scones. Grand to have beside a bowl of minestrone, for example.

I have discovered something new and gorgeous in the line of food

Yogurt made with buffalo milk

Aldi had it and I tried it to go with a goulash

It is absolutely wonderful

So I can recommend it for those who like plain yogurt with a nice sour note

You have to love West Cork folk who decide to keep a herd of water buffalo to make mozzarella and now yoghurt with the excess milk after supplying Aldi with balls of mozzarella in whey
