Another dose of frustration here: I have had a message from the Surgery asking me to have my Thyroid bloods done, as they didn’t do them with the other blood tests in February


I had them done at the Orsepiddle 3 weeks ago, as my Consultant said they had had no results for 3 years!

I would have thought that if you tell the surgery that this happened, they ought to be able to find the results on your notes, because surely the hospital will have entered them there?

Not yet, apparently, although my Surgery & the Rheumatology dept at the Orsepiddle are not good friends

GlacĂ© cherries are now regarded as having curative properties. Grandbee’s appetite miraculously returned after eating the cherries out of Mr Bee’s ecclefechan tart*, yesterday. Today, he is back to eating like a horse, the rash is all but gone and he’s just a bit irritable, now. Chickenpox? Doesn’t seem like it, to me, but I bow to the knowledge of the paediatricians. Poodle is fine and dand(er)y, had a grand walk with us and is generally behaving like a puppy, but well-trained.
