Did you get any beef, artisanal or otherwise?
That would have been called a ‘stew pack’ 20 years ago, & winter veg/root veg when I was a child…

There are slices of cooked beef topside in the fridge, but the pork pie took priority for lunch because those are really not so nice if they get old, whereas cooked beef in a sealed pack lasts a few days.
And anyway, I hadn’t made any bread at that point. The loaf is on its final rise as I type, waiting to go into the oven for cooking in about seven minutes.

I eat regularly from my freezer - stuff that I have bought fresh, & frozen myself, or cooked from scratch & frozen extra portions.
Tomorrow will be salmon & prawns wiv pasta & pesto, which is fairly luxurious, but I will make it to serve at least 3 meals.

I hate moffs.
Dinner has been trout and veg kebabs. Mr Bee fancied this and I was glad to oblige as he has been suffering with an ocular migraine for much of today. We managed to fit in a village walk 
this morning. Gawds - has anyone had anything out-of-the-ordinary happen?
