So, who wants to help ... to instaurate the cellar?

The Bull has just spent a few minutes removing Bengal’s from the parrot’s cage

This is not because Titi is scared - it is more to rescue the Bengals’ from the parrot who has a very dim view of feline incursion into her house and attacks with that beak that cracks Brazil nuts without effort!

I have daffodils. M was celebrating because her son’s condition has at last improved somewhat. Yay!
And the daffodils are good and tight green buds as yet. I know wor Chatelaine has a Thing about yellow flowers, but I hope daffs 'scape censure.

So long as you find the butterfly and not peanuts. Patter patter plink on the wood floor they went, as I tried to disrobe alluringly.

Fingers crossed, Darling.

A lot of veering south east on the shipping forecast. I really do not want to wake up to a tangle of boats on me doorstep.
Oaf would check the nets for sardines, of course…

Thank-you, Dunnock.

2 of them came in long flat boxes, which are supposed to be letter box friendly, but I am glad that they weren’t forced through.

The ones in the Denby jug are from Serenata, & were sent by the grandchildren & their partners.

The white ones are from Bloom & Wild, & each rose head was wrapped in a stretchy net to protect it!

I am very impressed with the quality of them both.

The tulips are from my friend, & Morrisons, & are lovely too.

The ones in the cream vase are what’s left of the flowers from 21st December! Again, outstanding quality.

So lovely to have colour in the house on these grey days.
