The Lad has to wear a CPAP mask/device every night, for his āSleep Acneā, which by obliging him to breathe properly & regularly, may help.
DiL has been told to sleep on her stomach as much as she can, but deffo not on her back.
They have both been told to take Paracetamol regularly, & check their temperatures when they take the tablets.

Goodness - these sleep mandates are pretty, well, stringent and potentially taxing. I find difficulty sleeping if I canāt breathe through one nostril or hear through one ear. One is too wimpish to cope with Covid. My (sincere) sympathy for those who are having to get along with it.
