Twellsy, we had falafels with hummus, sautƩed mushrooms (mantar sote). vegetable and helim kebabs and vegetable casserole. Loads of rice and Turkish flatbreads. We saved the buckshee pud (white chocolate nest filled with fruit) for today. Ooh - we also had some Turkish delight.
Part of our central heating boiler sprang a leak, this morning (it soaked the clean towels in the airing cupboard where it is housed), so Iām not best pleased as the firm have sent us the duff engineer again and heās gone off to Screwfix to find a part. Gorgeous sunny day, no chance of a walk.
Kind wishes to TFM. Also to Carinthia for yet another Monday.

I appear to have slept quite a lot of Monday away, Soo, so quite good so far!
Whilst I have bin asweep, the council men have bin & replaced the black container for the Recycling bin. A Noo design, which looks smaller (Sigh), but fits very well.
They have also repaired the hinge on the lid, which they broke 18 months ago!
My ātemporaryā repair, using 3 pieces of dowel shoved through lasted very wellā¦

Boiler is fixed (fer noo) and we had a walk in sunshine. Had a couple of 'phone calls, made and ate dinner (Goan fish curry) and somehow itās time for bed.
