Had a portion of braised celery earlier, which was lovely. The rest will be made into soup.
‘Dinner’ was Roasties wiv added crumbled black pudding, which livened it up abit*
*The only Pork Butchers left around here make the black pudding in large bowls, with huge pieces of fat in, which I don’t like.
I have had to resort to the slices of Bury black pudding, but the seasoning isn’t right.
First World problems, eh?

I used to be able to buy both from the Market, but that stall hasn’t been there for years. They were vacuum-packed, so I was able to post them to friends too.
