I am having, in stages, my belated Easter meal, the next bit being lamb roasted wiv garlic & lemon…

Blimey, that was good, & as soft as butter.
Late Aged Aunt lived on Romney Marsh, & the lamb from there, like Twellsy’s from The Burren comes ready seasoned. This wasn’t quite in that league, but still excellent.
It rested for so long that it was prolly asweep…
Ahem

I can’t compete with butter-soft lamb . Dinner wozz roasted cauliflower ‘steaks’, falafels and Madhur’s spicy green beans.

That sounds lovely too, Soo
Mine was a half shoulder, so I will strip the meat tomorrow, & roast the bones & see what sort of stock I get from it

I did have meat, yesterday. We received a delivery of a rather delicious Bangladeshi meal. Mine was chicken tikka with sag dahl (I made my own salad).
