I did, and am also sparing a thought/concern for Twellsy. Does anyone know how she is doing?

Poodle is being gorgeous, as ever. Walkies are much better with a Dog, in my opinion. Her hangers-on should return tomorrow evening and I’ll be glad to see them but sad to lose Poodle on Sunday morning.

I had some butter on the verge of becoming ‘reasty’, & so I added garlic & a few dried herbs.

I will wait for the flavour to develop , & then freeze it in portions.

Make a sausage of it in clingfilm, chill well, then slice and freeze the slices in a concertina of baking parchment in a bag.
