So, who wants to help ... to instaurate the cellar?

Would that make it a Pink Gin or a Bloody Mary?

Pink Gin, dere. In that I imagine the bleeder might be feeling quite bitter at the time.

Vodka and tomato blood conspicuously absent.

Not sure about that. I haven’t had mine tested since I was in hospital…

You set off a train of thought, Janie. One of the automatic protestations of a certain class of arrashole when moving out to the country is “Of course, we will miss the theatre”. I would love to see in a stupid supplement puffticle “Oh, we both love London, and it will be a big wrench, but frankly the further from the Barbican the better. Let alone the Royal Court”.

I saw Saved in its first week at the Royal Court. Didn’t go back there for years.

Eighty years on, it’s even more relevant.

I have had my flu jab, given to me by my actual doctor. Everyone in masks, no waiting, questioned and temp checked outside in the car-park by what seemed to be a team of volunteers, a one-way system in through the waiting-room past reception and out through the fire-exit at the back, and so far it doesn’t hurt.
