I think one could remove a finger with this chainsaw, but not quickly or neatly. Not at all the preferred tool for the job.

Well, that’s a fact. I had an oscillating saw blade and a sagittal one used on me, to harvest a bone graft from my right hip, when my prolapsed cervical discs were removed. Right tools for the right job. I am here to tell the tale, 22 years later - old fart that I am.
