So, who wants to help... to perpetuate the cellar?

Goodness.

Sniggle. Yeah - it had nothing to do with it. Is the new Neff suitably baptised by fire?

And my fascinators would keep no rain out but look gorgeous, all the same. Are we on the same page with this, Dearies? I may post photies if we are.

Anyhoo. Home-built pizzas were good and sliced stuffed Aldi olives were delicious in the accompanying salad.

I look good in a cloche.

But then early cucumbers start emergin’ from me ears, which spoils the effect somewhat.

Looking forward to joe’s oven exploits. Seriously my (it is mine) 29 year-old Neff is fab.

Oh, dear, Twellsy. Why go to your gloomy place when you can be here, instead?

Have you considered settin’ fire to it & usin’ the insurance to get a new one? Seems as though it would be less work, and you get all the fun of a major appliance fire. Wouldn’t take but a moment.

You bored, Birdie?

It was Late Aged Aunts, so isn’t worth a bean. We had it, as no-one wanted it after she died.
I only used it for bed linen & towels, until Mr C became ill & 2 loads of laundry were done every day for him.

When it finally dies, I may consider a heated airer, as less damaging to the environment. I cannot deny that it has been very useful though, particularly as putting washing outside is a bitovvan problem here.
