No - I confess to buying a couple of pots of double cream. That said, there are occasionally cows in an adjacent field who have been known to wander in here. If it happens again they might not get them all backā¦

We have had a weird pasta affair
A use things up sauce and plonked in a dish and topped with shop bought sauce and horrible plastic red cheddar that was a substitute from Tesco and baked
It was not bad

1/2 teaspoon of LoSalt. That was one of the reasons for making it - one of the inmates has to have a low sodium diet and has been missing proper butter. Not overly keen on all the additives in substitutes, either. This just has cream and (optional) salt.

The poor bugger. You did a good thing, you and your frantically agitated jamjar. We made butter when I was a Mixed Infant. Oh, poss a v small junior. But jamjars and agitation were the order of the day.

I have made butter accidentally
Itās frustrating when you have to put the whipped cream on the cake right there and then and you have no more cream

I was considered responsible in all areas, until it came to The Dressing Up Boxā¦
There was a dark red brocade ācostumeā, azzin long dress & jacket ,& a feathered āhalf hatā in red & black & no-one else was allowed to wear it
I looked a Bugga innit, but I loved itā¦
