Does not compute…does not compute…does not compute…does not compute…
Tell us all about this treadmill: what sort, what size, what does it do?
Do they know about Southend, Dere? Thought not. Hence the excitement.
Well done with the Skype edukashun. Well done Bee wiv the soup.
Safe journeys, Spadger. Hope the fang carpenter went gently on Twellsy.

I know, joe. I was very circumspect with the cayenne pepper and I was told that everyone else lurved it. Never mind.
Fishers, the treadmill is this:
Premier Treadmill - TF-370 Model - Sturdy Build, 15 Programs, 1 -14KM/H Speed, Manual Incline,
It really is sturdy (and heavy). As per around these parts, the furniture remover is an Armstrong and he made it float up the stairs, with Mr Bee at the rear, so to speak.

I have some ‘FLY’ boots that are well worn and I don’t think that heeling will be possible. Might have to buy new ones even though I still love these ones. Pfffft.

I have been checked and will be having a front toof filled next week
Oh joy!
Just dined on poached eggs and bacon - can someone tell me why I am craving eggs
No I am NOT before anyone suggests the usual reason for cravings!
That certainly seems to get good reviews on Amazon, Soo…
One thing I have noticed when I looked at treadmills there is that they never seem to say the actual size of the thing, just the weight. I would have thought the footprint would be a major factor in what people decide to get.
Went to the doctor yesterday armed with a sheet of BP readings night and morning, which most recently read
17.03.18 am 98/52 pm 92/53
18.03.18 am 107/57 pm 97/53
19.03.18 am 102/58 pm 99/58
20.03.18 am 99/53
This seemed to alarm her, and she immediately agreed that the increase in Candesartan was a Mistake. I am back to the previous dosage as of this morning, and I hope it may improve things. I don’t want to go over 120/80. but I would like to be a bit closer to that!
We’ll see. Ho, as they say, hum.
I can only achieve 120/80 in my dreams, Fishers. As a long-standing hypertensive bat of 62 years of age, I have to accept my limitations.
Should you want the footprint of my New Treadmill, I’'l send it in the morn.
Soo xx
The footprint of my treadmill is:
L: 151cm
W: 66cm
The bolts at the sides add another 2cm to the width.
Soo xx
Big, that. You must need quite a hefty space to keep it in.
(Thanks for the info.)
It’s in Carinthia’s bedroom (which isn’t huge, to be honest). We’ll stow it away somewhere else, before she sees it.
Soo xx
Ha, I could try it out !
My ‘normal’ BP is 110/60 which is considered low but Elfy
I could bring your boots to my Rescue Cobbler, Soo…

Well, it’s heartening that you are all so enviably normo/hypotensive I must say. Access to fitness equipment may be restricted, according to need.
We must wait for the ‘mat’, which should arrive tomorrow and then it’s all systems go - for me.

Wee bee
I have been known to have dangerous high BP when being given loads of asthma meds by nebuliser
It is not nice so you have my sympathy
Anyone have a good way of getting rid of a nedake?
If so please share it with me
Twellsy, I’d do almost anything to rid you of those horrible edakes.
But I must away to bed.
Good night Twellsy and all,
Soo xx
Gin, Darling
Leave the treadmill 'til the morrow…

Bacon butties on table
Extra for a wee birdie who gave me a giggle!
I am looking at the blackbird’s nest by our bedroom window and thinking of pie recipes
Bad Twellsy. No bacon butties.
