Tuppence fan here. Polite disdain written all over her beaky wee face.

Tamara looks like the sort of girl that suggests mischief and watches others get into bother

She’ll fail all her exams and end up working in Woolworths. I know the sort…

Oh, they’ve much more ambition than that. Broadway beckons - they’ve been busy working on their dance routines…

I wonder why it is that when I look at the hens I think ‘eggs’ and ‘cute’, but when I look at the pheasant I think ‘dinner’.

I look at pheasants and am inclined to think noisy things

Their call is NOT musical as they flap off at any alarm

In fairness, you can see why they might be a tad nervous - just a shame they can’t work out that taking to the air is not necessarily the best strategy…

Pheasants have been bred to be completely devoid of brain.

They take flight to escape one apparent predator (the beaters). It’s not really their fault if they’re then taken by another - one that is invisible and capable of taking them on the wing.

Their takeoff is condusive to their being shot by the guns with bugger all skill too

If you take off croaking loudly and rise vertically you are easy to hit with a shotgun
