You wouldn’t expect going in to see the accountant would be delightful, but life is full of surprises. His office is above the Hereford Cattle Society and the foyer is full of paintings and china figures of improbably deep-chested, short -legged pointy-faced stock, including an v fine bull indeed, name of Fisherman, and the staircase is lined with charming pen-and-ink drawings of Hereford cows with their calves.
And the bleedin’ Government Gateway [spittity] worked first time, which was both a bonus and quite the surprise.

Hurrah!
I am all shingled up, so that’s another plus in the news department. I rang them this morning, they fitted me in today!
And while I was there I arranged for them to take all the blood they need for all the tests, when I see dear Tracy on 9th for the diabetes annual MOT. This is another positive.
