Much better and I hope the iv stair rods and uncle bionics have mopped up the excess infection enough to give me a free few weeks to get on the asthma rehab course which should help me get better with physio rather than drugs

A local farmer has started rearing wagu beef so all manner of dedded cow from a Nipponese breed in various places here
Not forgetting the gorgeous Dexter cow from the farmers’ market
Supper here was a me style lamb tomato lemon and oregano greek-ish stew with a selection of salads from the posh Dunnes supermarket including a buffalo mozzarella with petit pois mint salad onion scallion. spinach and a honey and lemon dressing
