Thyme of various sorts lovage rosemary oregano parsley both flat and curly types possibly lemon balm coriander
Hopefully winter savoury and lemon verbena
As the crate has holes in the sides I can stick herbs in the sides too
A good strong peppermint will be in its own pot and denied any way out
I have a ball cooking outside with all prep going on outside
That was indeed the reason I said “don’t say mint”; it tries to take over the world. Well, unless I am growing it, in which case it dies.
Ooo Fishy I can kill mint but I manage a jar of mint sauce before it got brown and crispy
