Armer’s finger turned out to be fractured across the actual top joint. So will be strapped for a month and be about 6 weeks till ok.
The cut is mending well & bruising largely gone … except the nail, which is very blue and will fall off sooner or later.
That said, it’s pretty much pain free, just a tad of a nuisance. Thank you muchly for asking.
Meanwhile, knock 'em flat Joe.

She is. She planted out some very surprised veg today. If they take off we will be able to export courgettes and beans in a few weeks. Oh, & the tomatoes are going to be very numerous indeed.

There are fresh ripe peaches too .‘My’ stall on the market were selling them orff at 6 for £1 & gave me the last 10 for £1, so a bargain

… & the finger bandage came orff this morning. So currently wandering around without any civer for the first time in 12 days. The nurse at work will dress it later.
It’s odd to be uncovered & very conscious of it. I’m instinctively doing a ‘pinky finger’ with it to keep it away from bumps.
All this for a bumped finger tip !!
