Oh how rotten for you, Twellsy. That’s so sore. But - fingers crossed- ime it retreats fairly quickly in the face of the right medication.

The anti bionics and then the stair rods helped me to breathe

But

They let thrush in

Hey ho it could be worser…

I have 'orrible gut-gripe. That too could be worser. Surprising how little saying that helps, though

Out on a nice long walk, pausing before the descent towards home.

Would eating live yoghurt help? It’s meant to be good against thrush, and it’s cool and soothing anyway.

I love seeing all the photos that folk post - it gives a great idea of where folk are and the gorgeous scenery of this archipelago we call home

I have asked the Manx Fairies to weave healing spells for Twellsy and Gus. I’m sure there’ll be a few to spare for anyone else who needs them.

Have spent the day with OMCB, as is usual on a Saturday, and am still full of steak & ale pie and chips, and stem ginger ice cream, from lunch at the pub. Where we abused by the wonderful Liverpudlian landlady, as is also usual on a Saturday.

I am But Wiped after spending a fair bit of the day putting leaflets into letterboxes; a thankless task, on the whole. Me legs ache.

I’ll request a leg soothing spell too then. In the meantime, I think rest and a large drink are called for.

For you, I mean, though come to think of it…

I thank you for it, and recommend elevation of the extremities and a Minnow End

Thank you, me dear. They are probably working as I have just had a crumpet with marmite, which was the only thing I fancied. It were lovely.

Well I was still full! Now I am craving crumpets with Marmite, and I have no crumpets.

Damn. Sorry about that, TFM. :- (
