Yes, please. The Oaf decided he rather liked my supper… Now chicken I can understand because basically (sorry joe) it’s just an outsize bluetit, but lamb? Are sheep perhaps just overgrown mice?

Absolutely, Soo

The fruit & veg stall I use on the market displays a cheeky notice for Greta, saying that they have been putting their stuff in brown paper bags for the last 75 years !

Roasted chestnuts taste amazing, out of brown paper bags (fond memories of these being sold outiside IKEA when the childer were wee). Actually, this is the only fond memory I have of this place - but, it’s a goodun.

Incidentally, I heard a Swede on the WS pronounce her surname “Tunbury” or more like “Toonboory”, and I understand that is indeed how they say it in Sweden.

But nobody would know who I meant if I said it like that.

A Swede on R3 this afternoon actually said ‘hurdy -gurdy’. Very satisfying, it was.

Did I post this? I don’t remember.

Perhaps we’ll grow accustomed to her name, Fishers.

I could only watch Greta’s dance version message, Hedgers. The speakers on our ancient PC seem to be boogered but, even without sound, I heard it loud and clear.

Off to bed, good nights, Cellarites,

Orf to me Furrin Nest. (Don’t think it’s furrin? Try the beer. Or the chip shop that’s open in three separate windows on a Saturday, for Lunch, Tea and Supper.)

Shocking poor show.

Being fair the place went to the dogs years ago. They clean it all right but the paint is chipped and some of the bathrooms are distinctly tatty. I think they stay alive on coach parties going to and from the airport.
