So, who wants to help ... to cower in the cellar?

Well, it means that I have enough information to seek a blood test when away, if there is anything obviously adrift, azzitwere

It has taken the Surgery almost 3 months to reach this point, but I don’t mind

Every time I go there, another Bluddy wall moves , & it must be awful trying to work there

No need, you can just all come here. It rained overnight but the sun has just come out again now.

Good morning all. I should be doing something useful but I’m sitting here drinking tea instead.

I have done my decision making for today!
I am taking a pattern and material and my sewing machine etc to crafty group

A pair of wide legged palazzo pants in a light denim

I will be changing from a zip and belt to a simple elastic waist

I am only slowly learning to sew again so simple works for me

Yes dear chatelaine I have the posh gutterwhassname thread - a 500 metre spool

That should do one pair of trousies shouldn’t it?

And a seemingly endless supply of denim…

500m should do it…

Well denim is a good strong hardwearing fabric for daft old bats to blatter round the garden and country in

I like denim

And I can wear anything on top…

Soggy out there. I may even not go for a walk today. (But I probably will.)

Bluddy 'Ell, Twellsy

Even I can walk to that pub’ wivvout breaking sweat

That Birdie can just swoop down to it, & weave back

Singing…

More prolly, go forran hour’s walk then come back via the pub. But it’s 60% or higher chance of rain all day, says the Met. Office, apart from an hour at 20% just before TA (to give false hope?), and I’ve already been soaked twice this week.

It’s most annoying, Dunnock

I keep hoping that I will shrink when wet, but it doesn’t happen…

Oh dear

They do say there is no such thing as bad weather merely a poor choice of clothing

I think they weere lying - all my alleged waterproof clothes are not water or wind proof

Right off to crafty group with a wee bit of denim and a vague idea of how to get hemlines on trousies to match

Then hand stitch as I like a neat finish and a good press while I measure and pin gives me that

Thank you Grandmas for teaching me how to press and hand stitch invisibly

Maybe just some slightly more extreme clothing is needed:

I shall use the treadmill. It is dull but dry.

My plan, too. It is dull, wet and ‘breezy’.
