Bugger it! I knew I wasnāt right this morning and it has become clear that I have a UTI. Should have antibiotics within an hour.

UTIs are the pits, TFM, and I greatly sympathise.

Nowt fer me, as we partook of a meal in the Borders. Mine wozzan chicken, bacon and avocado salad and it went down well. I thoroughly enjoyed 3 chips from Mr Beeās plate.

Much earlier today, I used the opportunity, & what passes for daylight to have a bath, & have a look at my bruises. I donāt take many baths, 'cos of my low BP, but they are recommended for my condition.
Anyhoo, broad daylight, & not too knackered, I threw. in the Epsom Salts & inspected the damage.
Left knee is bruised, & the outer side of it hurts to touch. The shin is painful too, although not marked.
The spectacular bruising is reserved for my left foot, & looks as though there is more go come out.
Methinks a daily footsoak with Epsom Salts will be beneficial, along with daily Medicinalsā¦
