I have grated up the odds & sods of cooking cheese, & made a sort of Welsh Rarebit. It was lovely on toast, & I will use some of the mixture on the bargain cauliflower, & freeze the rest.

OMCB had her interview this afternoon and has managed to convince the house manager that she will be acceptable as a resident. Another step along the way. They want a report from her GP next - it could be fun trying to get them to produce that in reasonable time.
