Custodian?
Yes, please.
Attorney?
Soo xx
Mam lacked ‘capacity’ and I was appointed to be her Attorney or Capacitator, I s’pose.
Soo xx
But not her capacitor!
Good grief! HMRC have given themselves the power to redefine good English words now.
Some good stuff in that link though soo, I mean…
Although there is a [Delete] button within the Insert / Edit Capacitor Details screen this button should not be used and you should not attempt to delete Capacitor details from the record under any circumstances.
Well why provide a sodding [Delete] button then?
Not to mention…
The Capacitor Details screen has a separate field to record additional delivery information (ADI) and five address lines of 35 characters (including spaces) and postcode and country field. However you will not be able to use the ADI field as information contained in this field would be lost when the details were passed on to other systems and the address line details must be restricted to a maximum of 27characters (including spaces). This field has therefore been disabled.
Pardon?
Because it was in the spec that their very expensive contractors implemented, and having it taken out again would be a Change Request and even more expensive.
“We wanted to allow more information in the address fields, but we didn’t realise we’d have to interoperate with other systems that don’t implement this extra bit we invented. So we’ve turned it off, because actually removing it would have been a Change Request (see above).”
All is blissfully clear. Almost gin-like.
etc.
Soo xx
The clarity has stunned us all. We are as gin-soaked stoats.

Stoat is Extra.
That Bird is having a Beer-Gloat; the Harvey’s order has arrived.
