Been to choose and order spex for close work and saw several big boats hiding from the forecast storm (110kph gusts) in the Shannon estuary
Also saw the estuary having a contemplative splash over the sea wall

Sciatic noive is really really sore
I am trying a combination of ibuprofen morphine and topical etofenamate
The latter is helping my sore ankle/foot and the morphine is slightly numbing my hip and leg pain
I do hate to moan but I know you lot will understand
