Several people decided that this was clearly the best time to celebrate Superb Owl Sunday, and have been posting pictures of splendid silent birds all day.

I managed a bit of a walk yesterday but I also managed to fall on the rocks going to the beach

I’ve discovered a(nother) new favourite gin. This is a problem as I now have too many favourite gins to fit them all into any of my cupboards, let alone my fridge.

She is comfortable, thank-you, & being very well looked after. She had a long appointment at the eye clinic today, & they are adjusting her treatment to suit.

I will talk to her husband tomorrow. I hadn’t got the strength today.
