Mushroom soup fer lunch. I have just added an spoonful of Mushroom Fetchup as itizz heating up.
Later this afternoon there will be an apple, onion & celery salad and, possibly, an âdouble dippedâ giant crumpetâŠ

We have had a busty day with nice men fixing a broken window in the conservatory and also fixing the door of said conservatory
Then the dear rehab assistant came to take me to the ABI centre to teach me how to do a sort of quilting and after the Bull collected me we collected a friend to take her shopping for her groceries and then we arrived back home just in time to let J in to do the prep for dinner and help me start packing my toiletries for hospital and suggest things that I had left off my list
I am thinking that I will be not up to trotting to the hospital shop for things like hair ties wet wipes or tissues so I am packing the rucksack that is part of my proper walker and the smaller bag that it has as well
I do love the practical things that the Swedes think of

It looks as though Posh may be going in to Orsepiddle tomorrow, so she is ordering biscuits, cheese & treats from Mr Patel.

Posh wouldnât go in today because she had to summon the lovely people from the Doggy Hotel to come & collect him.
An foolish Paramedic suggested that she leave him to be picked upâŠ
He only just escaped wiv his knackers intactâŠ
Anyhoo, I had to establish my bona fides over the 'phone with the Paramedics & we moved on to practical matters.
She has had an fraught week, & we have barely spoken until today because one of the effing âcarersâ had switched her 'phone orff.
The âcare managerâ of this current lot had the temerity to suggest that Posh keeps it turned off herself. Itâs her Bluddy lifeline FFS.
I knew that there was summat wrong, & I was correct. Her ulcerated heel was dressed yesterday & today, when they wondered why she was screaming when they turned her over, a 4" long ulcerated pressure sore was found on her calfâŠ
I am Bluddy outraged, & will be reporting this lot to the CQC Toot Sweet.
I had to go up the road fer Supplies after this shite ovvan week.

I canât help but compare my J and the horror stories that poor Posh has to endure
J is totally on the ball just discreetly checking me every time she is here and gently doing things to make sure 
that I am safe like carrying a mug from room to room to make sure I donât spill hot tea on me
I am certain that she would be affronted if any of her charges got a pressure sore anywhere
