I read recipes and consider them to be vague guidelines
Earnest recipes are the ones to read and use as signposts to the result of tasty food
I cannot be doing with faffing around with posh dainty presentation either as by the time you pile your lamb cutlets up to prop each other up the food has gone cold
I have excess cheese and buttermilk so cheese scones will happen
Beware sudden Chatelaine attacks when I try to share them out

Small internal combustion engines are even worse than large ones. Should be banned on either noise or atmospheric pollution grounds, that they do both just makes it worse.
