Try charity shops, Carinthia. They quite often have hideous pictures in quite nice frames with glass, which one can cannibalise: throw out the cute puppy with the bow round its neck and use the glass and frame. It can take a little while to find a frame exactly the right size, but I have managed this a couple of times – and if you have good relations with the manager of the shop she (it’s nearly always she) might be prepared to keep an eye out for you.

I will repair this frame & use it without the glass for now, thus maintaining the upcycling intent/content.

Morning, all. Good to see that gainful employment is being errrr employed.
I’ll bee off to Embra, in a couple of hours. We’ll pick-up-a-poodle and bring her hyem. Then, Mr Bee will pick up DD, SiL and GS from Morpeth train station at 17.19. We’d go up earlier, but Poodle will be having her Christmas hairdo at 11.30…
