Awaiting news of our Invalid I made a veg and cashew curry for tomorrow as friend is expected to have dinner with us. We’ve made apricot and pistachio flapjacks for tomorrow’s Coffee Morning (I have to help to man the Cake Stall, as yet another has succumbed to Covid). Our raffle prize is narcissi bulbs and I hope we win them. Dinner has been Anglesey eggs with asparagus.

As long as the baby had been thoroughly doused in organophosphates and was wearing hairnet, absorbent muzzle and the usual offices, I see no risk to public health, Bee.
