I have no clue. Wot I do know is that the scones I made for tomorrowās coffee morning (probably our last one hereabouts) are disappointingly doughy and the worst Iāve ever churned out. Make another batch? No chance.

I have just caught sight of 2 chefs on the telly making pasta. One, from The Inn on the Park said that they made it every day for the next day. The Tagliatelle looked fabulous.
Mushroom Omerletty here, wiv the celery/apple/onion salad to be eaten, & more made.
