Er, the effect of long baths would suggest otherwise. Not that I want to cast a damper on things (which would anyway be a work of supererogation)

I have tablets for vit D but topping up with sun is much more pleasant

It was fine enough, but it wasn’t crab, TFM. Just as well you hadn’t made a bee-line for Galloway.
Anyway, we’re having such a good time in this gorgeous part of the UK. Given our present state, regarding house moving, we have been casting eyes over properties for sale around Stranraer. Bad idea! Property prices are so much lower here than near Edinburgh and there’d be no point etc. Flip!

I’ve just heard that Lovely Son-in-Law is booked in to have open heart surgery on the 27th. Gulp.
He kept that to himself, we only knew that he’d been a bit under the weather.
