No problem.
The plate nearest contained Mr Bee’s salmon and cod fishcake and the other contained my twice-baked cheese soufflé. Mr Bee enjoyed a pud of chocolate fondant with salty caramel ice cream. It was all delicious!

Gravy Meat sounds good to me, Carinthia. I think that cold/wet/crap weather is less horrible up here as it is so gorgeous. Tomorrow is set to be cool and wet, so we’ll visit the Corrieshalloch Gorge.

Feel the need of Extry Medicinals tonight.
Had an irate & distraught Posh on the 'phone this afternoon. After one week with the Noo ‘Carers’, she was at screaming pitch.
The company name is ‘Last Minute Carers’, which gives you an idea about the standard.
Anyhoo
I got on the Blower & intoduced myself & Bolleauxed the Domiciliary Care Supervisor within 2 minutes. We spoke for a further 26 minutes, & she now has a much better understanding of how these things should work.
Posh was so overwrought afterwards that she slept for 5 hours straight.
