Modomâs favoured source of drinking water - no, not her water bowl, donât be so silly - was frozen over. Beinâ an helpful monkey, I have broken the ice on it, so she can enjoy her leaf-and-compost cordial well chilled.

Two joyous sights on a local shopping expedition.
Going round a roundabout in the middle of town, one of those recumbent cycles with a life size plastic heron strapped to the back.
Coming out of town, thick mist rising from the âmarshâ field.

Bang to rights - what can I say? Problem is - I need to organise stuff such as kettle, tea coffee, milk, biscuits, toilet rolls, fan heaters, beddingâŚthe list is endless and youâll be glad I stopped right there. Snuggling up in a nice, cosy box is sounding quite appealing. Good nights, Cellarites.
