Itâs persisting down with rain, now, but we had a grand walk in fair, mild conditions. Once home, I discovered two leeks that were in danger of being wasted 
so I made a cheese and leek flan. Goan cod, spiced roast potatoes and broccoli for supper.

Itâs only a one-litre kettle, so itâs suitable for tea in the morning on trips away to hotels that donât have tea-provision in the roomâŚ
