J and I have put together various salads and such like for an elfy dinner tonight

My good balsamic vinegar claims to be 3 years past its best

Errrr it was sold as 25 year old balsamic so how can it suddenly go off?

I sniffed and tasted it to check and used it on a martyr onion and cucumber salad made with mini san marzano martyrs

I’ve met sherry which should have been sold as sherry vinegar…

Here’s a thing - I like Oloroso sherry, but my favourite would be a very dry-as-straw Fino (which many might think vinegary. Takes all kinds, as we say.

I have managed to speak with Posh. She was on the Medical Assessment Unit, but is being moved as I write.

She has had 1 Gabapentin all day, & God knows how many scans , so is feeling like shoite.
