Itā€™s my intention to make a Chocolate Cloud Cake tomorrow, to take to friendsā€™ on Friday. Obviously, Iā€™ll not apply the creamy cloudiness until just before we set off (only 10 miles away)ā€¦Yer bee is far from expert, on the pudding front and I do not look forward to making it. Wish me luck?

Weā€™ve made the chocolatey cloudy cakey wotsit and it looks fine - collapsing in the centre, as itā€™s meant to. Donā€™t fancy it, really, but Mr Bee and our friends will love it!
