With the amount of rain we have grass is lush and so all the poor cows are fed

Twellsy is right, in fact. Grass fed only.
Iām sure I read somewhere once that both meat and dairy products from cattle fed on nowt but grass are better (less bad?) for a person than those from cereal-fed cattle. Something to do with the type of fats, or something.
They taste better anyway, in my opinion.

We frequently see the Kerry agribusiness milk tankers collecting milk to take on the ferry to Kerry where it is made into butter and other things

Do the cows eat any of the herbs wot make the lamb taste so good, & if so, does it have any effect?
Late Aged Aunt used to live in New Romney, & the lamb from Romney Marsh tasted superb.

The cows are on different land to the sheeps
Sheepses are on the rough bog with rocky outcrops which is where the herby stuff is found
Cows are on the better grassland where they are safer
You will see young bullocks on very rough ground where the grass is turning into bog to start them off grazing otherwise lamb is the meat raised on the rocky boggy ground
