Wanders to the door and clangs bell shouting “Unclean Unclean”
goes to gin lake to sit out the time required after the contact and trace folk tell you that you have been exposed to the dreaded Covid

Someone at the hospital had it?
Apparently
So the track and trace folk are doing their job and telling me
I have the joy of yet another covid test to do
Joe you are right singing helps with the gullet swab
Well, if you can get yer blood alcohol over 60% that ought to do for it.
I’m not liking this, at all, Twellsy.
Poodle sends her very best wishes:
Have today’s clouds, too:
Don’t be poorly, please.
Soo xx
I will be fine
I am on the Proper Job to raise the blood alcohol level
Anyone want to hear about an old bat who was wearing a mask as a chin warmer in Tesco today?
Before I was told about my contact
What on earth were you doing in Tesco after 17 days & then some in Orsepiddle, Twellsy?
Carinthia.xx
Shopping for ingredients for choccy cookies for the Bull
And enjoying a change of scene
Thank you for the Poodle
I adore that dog
I will be well if yon Bull has aught to do with it…
Now I’ve got an earworm, dere.
You behave yourself and REST, wumman.
I am resting
Curled up on my sofa I am
Nope. Be well Twellsy - I’m off to bed.
Good nights, Cellarites - especially to our battered and bruising Fish.

Tseep.
Back to normal November grey. It has clearly been raining. The dustmen are singing their happy dustman song.
I am having an outing
To the hospital
For covid testing
“You don’t have it yet. But we’ll soon fix that.”
Good luck with the test, Twellsy.
Soo xx
I am not going to panic about the test or my exposure
I will just be a good girl and stay isolated
Glad to hear it;-)
I’m not sure n these circs what the point of going to hospital for a Covid test is: it is an incremental, albeit tiny, risk. And your own quack has recommended you refrain from gadding about, so isolating would be pretty much what you should be doing anyway.
Not a nag, that, just a case of mild ‘what is point?’ bafflement.
I agree dear limpet
We have been really like hermits since early March
Heigh ho another swab of my tonsils and nose
What fun
Why does it have to be in a hospital? Most testing is done at drive-in facilities, usually at GAA grounds. Open air and you don’t even have to get out of the car - just wind down the window. Chance of becoming a nexus for spreading the virus practically nil - unlike somewhere with a large concentration of sick people.
