So, who wants to help ... to instaurate the cellar?

Spring cleaning?

Here that involves brushing the terrace and drive then pressure washing the outside furniture…

Buggrit. Wouldn’t have been so flippant if sodding phone hadn’t hidden the next line down. Would it help make amends if I were to make the next coffee a bit more…Celtic?

Or indeed gambol. Leave that to the lambs…

Or any time, really.

I have gambolled in my time…

Don’t worry, Joe, I’ll have the Celtic as it comes, thank-you. Don’t wish to ruin 2 perfectly good drinks…

I had to go out to collect my prescription, &, Mirabile Dictu the 2 prs of compression stockings I had ordered with me tablets were there.

The 3rd best chip shop was open too, so am having Haddock for my dinner.

We hates them! We hates them we does!

At the moment ½ pair at a time, while the right leg sports a fetching off-white self-undressing. (All the discomfort and inconvenience of a knee-length dressing, without most of the dressing actually being there after the first couple of days.)

It was soaking the Effing compression gloves, which got filthy sorting the car, which caused the Inundation.

Sigh

Sopped up, mopped up, & have got the wet/dry vacuum out of the garage.

4 lots of washing/drying have been done

Medicinal may be required…

The trick I was taught by a Consultant haematologist was to slather moisturiser on your legs before putting the darned things on

It helps a bit

The tights I have been prescribed for long journeys are awful to get on the legs and not nice to haul up body

But they do help with hauling one’s tummy in

Ah, well.

It seems that we may have some sner, soon. We shopped today - thankfully Aldi had milk  and I reckon that we are well provisioned. Good nights, Cellarites,

That works if you haven’t got a dressing on the leg. Trickier if you have, unfortunately.

Gin, Darling

We are forecast snow too

The thing with the moisturiser is that it knackerates the elastic, & I have to wear them every day, or I can’t get any Shoesies on
