I can enjoy tomato juice with just a dash of L&P. Fried/poached/boiled eggs are all fine by me. I don’t much care for beer (quite like Guinness with a summer’s day ploughman’s) so I reckon I am an ideal Cellar person as I’ll get along with the stuff that makes others shudder.

What you need is a few silkies! Eggs about half the size of other hens, but the reduction is pretty well all in the white. Great for hard-boiled eggs.

And of course, you get the pleasure of ultra-cute and fluffy hens…
