I have 10 pyrometers for most cooking - fingers and thumbs!
For bread and cakes etc I listen to the item being baked
I still cannot see how the Viking wireless would help with food being cooked in a cast iron range oven with a cast iron door
Cast iron sort of absorbs radio signals
