I am rejoicing; Sudden Daughter is proposing to take me off for a Ramble around the place tomorrow, with a pub lunch if we find a suitable pub, and Sights and Landscape and general good stuff. Which I find a delightful prospect.
Hurrah!
And make bloody sure you find an suitable pub. The Fishly Strength needs keeping up, and a Sudden Daughter marches on her stomach. Or something.
Have a splendid time!
Great news, Fishy
Please give SD my regards

With Good Reason, Fishers. Delightful? I should cocoa!
Weâve had a Good day with rellies in Guisborough. One of our nephews drew attention to a letter I wrote to him when he was struggling as a teenager (he is now 46). He has kept it and will retrieve it from the loft for our next visit. I found this very touching, to be honest.

Anyhoo, Iâll shuffle off. DS is scheduled to visit, tomorrow afternoon. Shamefully, we intend a âclick and collectâ.
Good nights, Cellarites.

While searching for something else on HugeSouthAmericanRiver, I found a seam of cake toppers and banners and things with the text âCongratulations Lawyerâ.
Some of them even have enough space to insert âyou bagged aâ in betweenâŚ
I presume it was spellcheck that changed the camelâs name?
For the uninitiated:
Warm & hazy here, & sneezing is the order of the day.
I hope that the Fishly Lunch is going well

That Fish is still orf jollying. Warm here.
Memo to self. There is a tap just over â there. Do not forget to go and refill your water bottle. No, not when youâve finished typing, now, or itâll be an hour later and you wonât have done it. Again.
Could a case be made for a bigger bottle?
We had a Thermos jug for Mr C which only ever had water innit, so there wasnât any âwhiffâ to it.
Remembers Thermos Coffee, & flasks of old

Itâs already 1½ litres which really ought to be enough for an medium-sized bird. I get up more often than I remember to refill it.
Itâs all that water youâre drinking. Have you thought about diluting it?
We bought Tesco sandwiches in the end, and then went off to Coombe Hill and ate them sitting looking out over the Aylesbury Vale; itâs the highest point of the Chilterns. Then we went wandering around the highways and byways (mostly byways) finding interesting villages and good beechwoods and such, until we had to come home because Sudden Daughter has a flat to empty and clean completely to hand over the keys at nine tomorrow morning, and needed to go and get on with doing it.
Been to the Liffey Valley for the frock and got a what a belt another frock two fans a new phone cover a television a bottlebrush a tasting spoon glue sticks stitch markers and have had great fun
