Absolutely! I had hesitated to suggest a visit to them because they don’t have a convenient local that they like and which has a garden; that they thought of coming here is heart-warming.

I wanted to give the bread time to cool a bit prior to cutting the loaves

At least I always cook an extra large loaf forra chatelaine to have hot with butter!

Applying a bit of logic, what we should be providing for the Chatelaine is lots of very tiny loaves, since it is the crusts she particularly enjoys
